The third International Workshop on “Germany´s West Africa Policy: Taking (West) Africa seriously!”, was held on October 17th 2020 in Berlin as a hybrid event. This one day workshop brought both results of preceding discussions together and payed special attention to West African ownership and alternative or traditional forms of governance. A special focus was on recent developments in Mali since August 2020.
